Development and implementation of material strategies, material forecasts, and own the supplier management process to include MRP, Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, and supplier performance

Perform financial planning, Supplier Sales, and EACs
-
Ensuring suppliers meet cost and schedule requirements
-
Developing and implementing strategies to increase production capacity and/or decrease material lead-time
-
Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.

Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
-
Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management and communicate customer flow-through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.

Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.

Partner with engineering team to process Drawing and STAMP updates in PDM
-
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Experience with Supply Chain, Supplier Quality/Engineering, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).

Experience in material requirements planning (MRP), Supplier Engineering, and/or Procurement processes and requirements.

Ability to support complex product production & development efforts and managing multiple conflicting priorities
-
Excellent reporting/communication skills and ability to demonstrate RTX Leadership Behaviors.

Ability to work in a cross-functional team-oriented environment

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
