What you´ll do

Global controlling (budgeting, reporting, forecasting) for investment projects and capital expenditures
Work closely with Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing & R&D leadership teams to support decision making, while getting visibility
Shape, coordinate, and drive delivery of strategic investment initiatives and global projects
Perform financial analysis on strategic investment projects, managing stakeholders and challenging assumptions, including business cases & DCF valuations
Facilitate approval of investments and preparation of approval documents for Henkel decision bodies
Continuous monitoring of investment execution and conducting success analysis
Drive investment process optimization and implementation and foster knowledge on investments and train the organization.
