We are looking for a Governance Analyst with experience in Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, and data/analytics tools who will focus on supporting day-to-day governance activities. This role is hands-on and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards, performing audits, creating documentation, reviewing code, and assisting in governance processes related to RPA, data, and visualization platforms.
The position offers a great opportunity to gain experience across a range of technologies like Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, Alteryx, and other analytics tools — while also contributing to the governance of emerging technologies, including those in the Generative AI space. You’ll work closely with IT teams, business users, and citizen developers to help apply governance best practices and ensure adherence to organizational policies. Ability to learn new tools and platform and explore the best way of creating governance and standards would be a plus.

Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate closely with IT, automation teams, citizen developers, and data teams to enforce governance requirements
Support the development and reporting of governance metrics (e.g., audit findings, training uptake, access compliance), and present regular updates

The Candidate
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise and communication skills to ensure effective implementation and adherence to standards and policies
Experience
2-3 years of hands-on experience in governance and 5-6 years of experience in automation, particularly working with tools like Automation Anywhere (including bot development, deployment, and use of advanced features)
Demonstrated experience in supporting governance activities - conducting code reviews, managing compliance checks, maintaining documentation/templates, and administering environments with role-based access
Experience working alongside IT, automation teams, and business users, with evidence of collaborative stakeholder communication
