Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Flight Training Systems Integrator to join the BGS team and to be based in Munich - Germany, Madrid - Spain, Copenhagen - Denmark, Amsterdam - Netherlands, Rome - Italy or Crawley - United Kingdom. In this role, the focus will be on overseeing the review and evaluation of customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. The selected candidate will oversee activities for the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training.
They will also develop training concepts, techniques, and processes. This position will also use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. In this role, you will gather and analyze data to support complete proposal development activities, as well as ensuring accuracy and quality of training products. The Senior Technical Training Specialist presents proposals to customer and participates in defining contract statement of work. This position consults with and coaches’ others regarding final product quality.
Job details:
Candidate must have ability to travel both domestically and internationally 50% – with short notice and for extended periods, anywhere in the world and for potentially extended periods of time(Must obtain and possess current passport).

Position Responsibilities:
Analyzing flight data
Analyzing and designing pilot training
Make recommendations for targeted training
Coordinate with teams to define requirements for flight training courseware
Collaborating with Airline customers on flight data analytics and related training
Collaborate with Regulatory Authorities and Industry Groups
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Global Flight Operations as a Pilot flying Boeing Airplanes
5+ years of experience as a safety professional supporting military or commercial aviation operations.
5+ years of experience conducting aerospace auditing or operational data analysis
Previously type rated on a wide-body, Boeing commercial transport aircraft
Fluent English in writing and speaking
Existing rights to work in Germany, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, Italy or United Kingdom
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Experience with flight training courseware development
Experience with flight operations analysis
Experience being a quality leader
Experience being a safety leader
Experience in being a crew resource management instructor
Experience with Competency Based Training and Assessment
Experience in being a pilot mentor, instructor mentor or standards captain
Experience with Instructional Design methodologies
Experience working with National Aviation Authority/Regulator
This requisition is for a locally hired position in United Kingdom, Denmark, Spain, Germany, Spain or The Netherlands. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in one of those countries. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
