Boeing Executive Flight Operations is looking for an Aviation Maintenance Manager to join our team in Gary, IN.
As the Aviation Maintenance Manager, you will oversee regulatory and continuous airworthiness, compliance, and asset management for Executive Flight Operations’ Corporate Aviation, leading a high-performing, diverse team of top talent that places safety and quality first without compromising our company values and behaviors, and collaborating with internal and external business partners who share the same commitment to their teams, safety, and excellence.
Boeing’s Corporate Aviation operation is an ISBAO Stage III (International Standard for Business Aviation Operations – highest level of certification) operator supporting high volume global operations with a fleet of Boeing Business Jets and Bombardier Challenger 650’s.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintains safety Oversight and Promotion
Leads maintenance control program (regulatory compliance, continued airworthiness, quality assurance)
Oversight of asset management (aircraft records, repairs, modifications, completion)
Manages maintenance planning and scheduling (forecasting accuracy, inventory and tooling, budget planning, billing)
Collaborates with team members to support them in achieving their performance management objectives
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Current and valid certificated FAA Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P)
Experience with 91, 91k, 125, 135 or 121 Maintenance Operations Experience
Experience with large aircraft and/or business aviation aircraft
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Prior management experience in 91, 91k, 125, 135 or 121 Operations
FAA Inspector Authorization (IA) endorsement (Past or Current)
Avionics Electrical Technician Certificate (ASTM/NCATT)
Experience in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and/or Repair Station and/or Original Equipment Manufacture Operations
Certified Aviation Manager (National Business Aviation Association Certification)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $154,700 - $209,300
