What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations
- Support, coach, and empower team members to achieve performance and quality goals
- Monitor production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate maintenance needs to minimize downtime and optimize reliability
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Work Environment
This role works in an industrial/manufacturing environment and requires the ability to move through production areas, respond to operational needs, and maintain a presence on the plant floor. Personal protective equipment is provided and required.
