What this job involves:
- Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks for air conditioning systems, electrical installations, and plumbing fixtures
- Ensure the smooth operation of facilities by addressing maintenance needs promptly and efficiently
- Assist in the coordination and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mechanical and electrical systems
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure minimal disruption to daily activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:
Desired experience and technical skills
Required
- Proven experience in technical maintenance, preferably within an industrial or power plant setting
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Holder of REW A / B License
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering are advantageous
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required
