Job Description
This role will be based in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager on the Core Growth team to lead LinkedIn’s New Member Acquisition workstream. This is a unique opportunity to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for experiences that span across all of LinkedIn’s product lines. In this high impact, high visibility role, you’ll have direct line of sight to driving the most important metrics for the company, by helping users get the most out of each email and each visit.
You’ll operate as a full-stack product builder, owning everything from problem definition and roadmap through execution, launch, and iteration. You’ll work with fully staffed engineering and cross-functional teams that have driven consistent results, identifying opportunities to build new features, creating roadmap and detailed specs, and executing with them to ship impact. You’ll also own the go-to-market (GTM) plans with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Editorial colleagues, and additional functions.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and other counterparts to build team’s strategy and roadmap and drive execution.
- Build a deep understanding of conversion funnels by conducting qualitative and quantitative research and identifying high impact product opportunities.
- Create user stories, use cases, requirement documents and proposals with clear MVP definition and success metrics. Measure progress of business success metrics towards KPI targets.
- Serve as the main POC and SME for acquiring new members collaborating across functions (BD, PMM, Editorial, PR, and other functions) and bringing features and initiatives successfully to market.
- Communicate and evangelize the product vision and progress throughout LinkedIn from C-level stakeholders on down. Ensure transparency and alignment across the company.
- Lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive growth and engagement.
- Identify and prioritize tech investment and support resources necessary for innovation and continuous improvement to achieve successful outcome of the product.
- Develop and monitor OKRs for key product initiatives and ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Work horizontally across all LinkedIn’s key businesses and influence roadmap
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
- Go-To-Market knowledge and experience.
- Experience with user acquisition/top of funnel user growth.
- Experience working on consumer growth initiatives.
- Experience working on highly iterative product development.
- Experience working on Social Networks at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- MBA is a plus.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $151,000 to $246,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
