Sr. Associate, Project Manager - Treasury Management Product Technical Integration Specialist
The Commercial Bank’s (CML) Treasury Management Product Team is transforming how businesses operate, building top-tier client and associate experiences using secure, best in class technology. The Treasury Management Product Team is responsible for supporting all client-facing products as well as associate-facing tools, operations and sales support.
Technology is a critical component of Commercial Banking’s Strategic direction as we continue to deploy innovative financial technologies that drive clients to reimagine their Treasury Management models, architectures and governance. With your impressive knowledge of the evolving digital landscape, innovative technologies, and experience in financial formats and standards, you will contribute immediately with high performance teams to address Treasury Management client solutions with precision and speed.
To drive revenue from prospective and existing client relationships, this individual will exhibit a high degree of solutions consulting and technical aptitude as they support the onboarding of customer services with the more technical Treasury products. The person in this role will be expected to perform these
functions throughout the clients’ onboarding process. The individual in this role will need to develop a solid understanding of Treasury Management processes and Capital One’s Commercial Integrated Payables solutions.
The Technical Products Integration Specialist will interact directly with Commercial clients as well as with Treasury Sales, Commercial Operations, Client Services, Client Onboarding and Product Management groups. As such, a candidate would have clear and effective communication across multiple levels of an organization along with strong analytical and technical experience. Moreover, a strong candidate will have organizational, project management and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task, solve problems, make presentations and provide excellent follow-up.
Responsibilities will include:
Become a subject matter expert on Integrated Payables and other File connectivity products and experiences
Work with our top-tier clients helping them to integrate their ERP/TMS systems with our products
Analyze client sample files or specifications and oversee the development of data translation formats
Provide guidance to clients as required during their development efforts, being able to comfortably liaise with the client in both business and technical language as appropriate.
Support the testing and production implementation of clients’ services for multiple Treasury capabilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and Operations teams to improve products and processes
Develop and maintain file documentation, file samples, and develop standards of file mapping and formats
Financial Product Knowledge

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of Financial Services experience or previous Card, Treasury Management, Account Management, Technical Integration, or Consulting experience
At least 2 years of experience working with one or more ERP or AP systems including, but not limited to, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Infor, Deltech, Procore, Viewpoint, Yardi, MRI and JD Edwards
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Project Management or Product Management experience
At least 2 years of experience with Commercial Banking products
Experience with ERPs and Treasury Management Systems
Experience with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol)
Performing data analytics using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Experience working with sales teams, clients,enterprise integrations, working with multiple stakeholders and vendors

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Charlotte, NC: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
