Business Analyst
What does a great Business Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will be responsible for developing and executing the ongoing strategic needs for our internally built Sr Leadership application – myFiserv. Acting as the key interface between the product owner, application users. and development team to gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documentation. Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting requirements, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
What you will do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate on enhancement requests, evaluate impacts, and make recommendations that are compatible with the overall needs of the organization.
- Efficiently prioritize and reprioritize work with timely progress updates to stakeholders.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years of business analyst experience, including assessing business needs, defining/documenting requirements, and developing solutions.
- 1+ years of experience with Fiserv systems.
What would be great to have:
- Jira and Figma experience.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- A strong understanding of master data management.
- Knowledge related to portfolio and project management fundamentals and processes.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
