Description: In this position, you will join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment Aircraft Maintenance Team supporting the 312th Fighter Squadron’s Belgium Foreign Military Sales (FMS) F‑35 maintenance operations at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include:
▪ Utilizing Fifth‑Generation aircraft‑management tools—including the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)—to track aircraft history, maintenance actions, engine performance, aircraft post-flight discrepancies, Time‑Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs), and other time‑change items.
▪ Conduct comprehensive aircraft and mission debriefings, documenting findings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
▪ Deliver on‑the‑job training to government personnel on aircraft debriefing processes and Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) procedures.
▪ Provide back‑fill support for the Plans and Scheduling position when required, ensuring seamless continuation of mission planning and schedule management.
▪ Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, applying professional experience and sound judgment when interacting with customers.
▪ Candidates must be able to work any shift required by the flight schedule, including short‑notice departures for business travel or temporary‑duty assignments based on customer needs. They must also be willing to perform mandatory overtime whenever it is required.
Security-Clearance Requirements:
▪ Must be a U.S. citizen.
▪ Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security clearance.
▪ If a Final Secret clearance is not yet obtained, the candidate must be eligible to obtain an Interim Secret clearance immediately upon hiring.
▪ This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
The following listed qualifications must be met to be considered for this position.
▪ Demonstrated experience with aircraft flight and /or maintenance debriefing
▪ Minimum 2-years of experience in U.S. military aviation maintenance or weapons systems, which may be demonstrated through at least one of the following:
▪ U.S. Air Force AFSC (2A - Aircraft Maintenance or 2W - Weapons Systems)
▪ U.S. Navy NEC equivalent
▪ U.S. Marine Corps MOS equivalent
▪ U.S. Army aviation maintenance MOS
▪ Comparable civilian/commercial experience
▪ Minimum Interim Secret Security Clearance to start
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
▪ F-35 or other Fifth Generation aircraft maintenance experience
▪ U.S. Marine Corps maintenance administration background
▪ Experience with the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)
▪ SHM, CRM, CMMS, AFRS, and MM PAIRS
Knowledge of key training and management systems, including:
▪ Training Management System (TMS)
▪ Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS)
▪ Excellent written and oral communication skills
▪ Self starter attitude – able to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access)
Valid U.S. passport
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
