What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Asc you will be responsible for coordinating the production schedule and ensuring material availability across multiple programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for GMLRS and related programs.
- Analyze material shortages and recommend corrective actions.
- Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) plans to support timely manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in schedule reliability.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. You must obtain an Interim Secret Clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Material Management
• Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required
• Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to extract data, create and present critical schedule and material information
• Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Experience with managing production schedules across multiple manufacturing and assembly locations

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
