Key Responsibilities:

Direct Manager/Direct Reports Structure:
The Carrier Sales Representative I at BSL is a crucial team member, playing a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our carrier relationships. This position reports directly to the Carrier Operations Manager. It is inherent in the position that as a Carrier Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include building relationships with carriers and managing the transportation of goods, among other critical tasks. Direct management and supervision will be provided by the Carrier Operations Manager. This position is an individual contributor role; therefore, there are no direct reports under the Carrier Sales Representative I. The structure allows the representative to focus on their significant responsibilities and contribute effectively to the team, thereby advancing the key objectives of the SRS Heritage Group within BSL.
Travel Requirements:
The Carrier Sales Representative I position at SRS Heritage Group within Builders Supply Logistics (BSL) does not require routine travel; however, occasional travel may be necessary to attend company events and promotions designed to enhance customer relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:
