Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Indirect Procurement Shared Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Procurement Sourcing Analyst for the Tactical Procurement Team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to process a high volume of lower spend & risk purchase requisitions in support of all IPSS teams & their commodity groups (Strategic Sourcing, IT, TFS, Systems) and support the manager in onboarding and ongoing training of new Tactical Team members. Reporting to the Travel & Event Services Manager, the person in this role will support the Indirect Procurement department's objective to implement procurement strategies to mitigate risk for the business and lift tactical work from all IPSS buyers so they may focus on strategic objectives and initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
Process all assigned purchase requisitions (PRs), meeting deliverables & timeline expectations.
Confirm rates in all documents
Determine signature requirements
Process NDAs, POCs, Schedules and new supplier onboardings
Process PO closeouts
Liaise with IPSS strategic buyers, legal & contracts teams & systems team to complete all assigned PRs.
Support business units and supplier partners on procurement to pay process, including PO issuance and issue resolution
Lead projects as assigned to support IPSS initiative
Support training of new Tactical Team partners to ensure process mastery & compliance
What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
1+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
Skills/Hands-on Technical proficiency:
o Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and successfully set priorities for meeting time-bound deliverables
o Analytic, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgement and strategic thinking
o Demonstrated collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills across various management levels
o Knowledge of contract and procure to pay processes
