What You'll Be Doing
- Creating invoices according to company practices using Enviroware and SAP software
- Maintains and updates customer files in SAP, including name or address changes
- Corresponds with Customer Service regarding invoice questions, statement of accounts, credits and other billing related issues.
- Processes and creates customer credits as needed.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy.
