Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing project support for wellness initiatives, including project and pilot tracking, consolidating data, and analyzing results from multiple sources
- Maintain and update content and resources on internal wellness sites to ensure they remain relevant and up to date
- Efficiently manage incoming inquiries via the wellness shared email, ensuring timely and professional responses to hotel property stakeholders across all global brands
- Evaluate fitness center layouts and designs for hotels globally, ensuring compliance with brand standards, functional needs, and optimal space utilization
- Collaborate with various teams, including corporate team members, hotel operations, design, and brand performance support teams to meet fitness center requirements and support other relevant programs
- Act as a liaison for external vendors, communicating brand standards, assisting with vendor onboarding, and resolving conflicts or disputes from properties
- Assist with the development of future fitness center equipment prototypes and manage communication flow between internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills with team orientation, speed, focus, and flexibility
- Aptitude in building positive relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners
- Highly skilled in use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze data to recommend strategic and tactical decisions
- Ability to work independently and seek additional work when available
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment, design, and industry trends
Pay Rate Range
24 - 26 USD hourly
