Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Program Manager (F-35 Production) – Intern. In this role, you will lead aspects of F-35 production projects and partner with functions (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Finance, etc.). The positions’ duties focus on F-35 production in the U.S. and foreign countries. Participants will spend the majority of their time supporting F-35 Production key initiatives and be exposed to long term program strategy, current production activities, and have the opportunity to participate in customer engagement activities. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the F-35 program, leading projects, and data analytics. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:- Pursing a bachelor's degree in a business related function (finance, marketing, management, etc.)
- Basic Understanding of Project Management Tools such as MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.
- Proficient communication & interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Desired Skills:- Experience with budgeting and resource management tasks
- Demonstrated understanding of the risk management and mitigation planning process
- Proficient presentation skills, with emphasis on large groups or leadership
- PMP or Green Belt Certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
