We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing team as a Co-op. This position will provide the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the aerospace industry while contributing to key projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiency and cost savings. The Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Co-op will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, finance, and suppliers, to support the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies.
What You Will Do:*

Assist in supplier identification, evaluation, and selection to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Develop a database to create successful Requests for Quotes (RFQs) with high award ratio

Support the development of Requests for Quotes (RFQs).

Analyze supplier cost structures, market trends, and spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
What You Will Learn:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and ensure seamless communication.

Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality, delivery, and cost, and propose improvement initiatives as needed.

Assist in supplier relationship management activities, including issue resolution and risk mitigation.

Generate reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress and findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
