What you will be doing
Imagine leading the architecture and development ofcutting-edgeSalesforce platforms that seamlessly integrate with cloud-native services and enterprise systems. Success means delivering reliable, high-performance solutions that empower teams and enhance customerexperienceevery day. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence across complex projects.
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, and related technologies to create scalable, secure, and extensible platforms.
Own complex, cross-domain technical initiatives spanning Salesforce, backend services, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Advancedexpertisein Salesforce Service Platform technologies including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,Agentforce, Omni-Channel, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Omni Studio, and Salesforce Shield.
Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns using REST, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, andmiddleware.
Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS), RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
Practical knowledge of observability, application security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Exposure to GenAI-powered software development lifecycle practices, including AI-assisted development, testing, and code review.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
