Remote Property Researcher (Florida Residents Only)

Nationwide Notice Inc is a leader in construction notice and lien services across all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-sufficient Remote Property Researcher to join our growing team.

This is a fully remote role, but we do not provide equipment, software, or basic computer training. Applicants must already have a dedicated workspace and meet all technical requirements listed below

Key Responsibilities

Research property ownership, legal descriptions, and related data using online public records and search engines
Verify and compile accurate information for construction notice and lien filings
Enter and update data accurately in company systems
Clearly document findings and notes
Manage multiple assignments independently while meeting deadlines

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Established, dedicated home workspace
Must be logged into Zoom with camera ON during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Must be actively working on the computer throughout scheduled business hours
Windows PC with dual monitors (proof required as part of the application process)
Adobe Acrobat — applicant must already have an active subscription
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong confidence navigating new systems and online databases
Comfortable researching online using multiple search engines and public record sites
No training provided for basic computer skills
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
Reliable high-speed internet
Headset and camera
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently without close supervision
