Not RequiredInteriors Services & Specialty Products Contracts seeks a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at our Colorado Springs office.
The successful candidate will be skilled in U.S. Government and commercial contracting, contract negotiation, and capable of working within integrated project teams while adhering to corporate governance, policies and procedures in a fast moving and dynamic environment. Candidate must be highly organized, an exceptional communicator, a critical thought leader, an active team player, have a results-oriented mindset, and be highly adaptable in an environment with rapidly changing digital technologies and competing priorities.
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess advanced contracting expertise. This includes proficiency in redlining, drafting, summarizing contract terms, negotiating, letter writing, and managing both commercial and military contracts. This role provides a unique opportunity to apply your expertise while supporting the success of our innovative Interiors business.
What You Will Do:

Advises and represents the organization on contractual matters.

Ensures all contractual activities are handled in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Reviews US Government and commercial customer requests for proposals, identifies proposal requirements, reviews terms and conditions, assists in proposal development and participates in securing required management approval for submitting proposals to customers.

Negotiates and executes complex customer contracts.

Recognizes risk elements in business transactions and contracts and offers mitigation alternatives.

Supports program management teams and becomes well versed in technical aspects of products and services.

Provides strategic analysis, recommendations, and advice related to contractual matters.

Aligns with subject matter experts and provides contracts advice on a variety of topics including intellectual property, indemnity, and liability.

Prepares documentation for legal and contract negotiations and relationships.

Maintains accurate and organized historical contractual records in alignment with department standards.

Manages high volume of projects of various complexity at one time.

Support business travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience

US Government contracts experience / FAR, DFARS experience
-
Commercial contracts experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
