What You'll Be Doing
- Operate excavators safely and efficiently to support production goals
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Move, load, and manage materials according to site requirements
- Follow safety procedures and communicate hazards promptly
- Support day‑to‑day site operations and assist teammates as needed
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated skill operating excavators or similar heavy equipment
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
- Strong situational awareness in active work zones
- Capability to complete physical tasks in outdoor environments
- Consistent, reliable work habits and effective communication
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
