About this role:Wells Fargo - Consumer Small Business Banking Branch Channel Management is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant on the Regional Enablement Team to support the Atlantic retail banking division. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to oversee all types of projects that touch the physical branch asset, including refurbishments and property management within their region. The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally collaborating with senior executives and regional branch leaders in addition to various business groups to ensure timely and efficient execution of physical branch asset-related projects.
In this role, you will:- Respond with agility to senior executive and regional branch leader needs, communicate professionally and prolifically, and expertly consult & direct to deliver reasonable, timely decisions.
- Provide direction & expertise regarding current processes that affect the physical branch interior & exterior environment to improve customer experience and holistically upgrade our overall footprint.
- Collaborate with district, regional, and divisional executives (senior branch leadership) on multiple initiatives (new branch builds, branch refurbishment, life safety, environmental, technology, property) while aligning with strategic goals.
- Manage and communicate design planning and execution schedules for branches within the region, ensuring adherence to project timelines, risk mitigation requirements, and budgets.
- Ensure successful completion of branch asset preservation and issue resolution end-to-end, ensuring timely processing and resolution of branch-related issues.
- Consult business group partners, third-party suppliers, and contractors regarding branch facilities, to ensure compliance with design and quality standards, and timelines.
- Review operational and financial performance areas based on project/program in your region.
- Develop and maintain a consistent record system of physical branches in your designated region.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - Experience with field security or corporate security
- Experience with technology, risk or finance
- Experience interpreting key issues and creating strategies to present to executive leadership
- Experience partnering with key stakeholders and disseminating root cause
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure and achieve project goals
- Experience building strong partnerships and influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience of accountability in previous roles, highlighting the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks through closure
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, fostering a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, influence outcomes, and present effectively to senior stakeholders
Job Expectations: - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time on a weekly basis to assigned geography
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
