Google Data Centers are the engine of the internet. This Onsite, In-Person Fellowship is designed to prepare transitioning service members for critical roles that support our physical infrastructure. We are looking for disciplined, hands-on problem solvers to ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our global operations.

Data Center Facilities Technician (DCT):
We are offering a distinct fellowship track based on your military expertise:
Focuses on the "Heartbeat" of the facility. You will work hands-on with large-scale mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, industrial generators, and power distribution.

Candidate Qualifications
To be considered, you must have:
Technical Foundations: Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems —gained through military service (e.g., Power Generation, Fluid Systems, Critical Electronics), trade work, or significant personal projects.
Mission-First Mindset: A strong commitment to safety procedures and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Relocation Readiness: To be considered for this fellowship, you must be willing to relocate to one of the sites below upon graduation. Please be sure to indicate your preference in your application.
