Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our DataEdge platform, integrating core CRM and CRMA (Analytics) capabilities to transform how we manage client relationships, operations, and property portfolio performance. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable solutions that deliver measurable impact. The right candidate will have great communication and organizational skills, facilitating delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Ownership
- Work with Business Stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision for DataEdge aligned with larger strategic service line and/or company vision.
- Maintain a product roadmap, including upcoming enhancements, major product releases, dashboards, reports and other deliverables
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation across client and property management functions.
- Maintain existing and/or help mature operating processes, templates, standards, etc. for the DataEdge as needed, staying within company-wide standards and best practices.
- Promote a product team culture of data-driven decision-making to foster continuous improvement.
- Backlog & Delivery Management
- Own and prioritize the product backlog through CSM, balancing strategic initiatives with immediate business needs.
- Collaborate with users, ranging from onsite teams to executives to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Articulate clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development teams when necessary.
- Act as coordinator across various technology and related teams involved in product updates and changes of different types
- Participiate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management using Agile practices.
- Take ownership in Change Management efforts during releases, working with resources for comms, trainings, etc. to insure smooth deployments
- Monitor adoption and performance, iterating based on feedback and product releases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with similar CRM/Analytics application
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into operational roadmaps and day-to-day actions.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies with backlog management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Salesforce knowledge including experience with Salesforce CRM (custom objects, workflows, automation) and proficiency with Salesforce CRMA (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) for dashboards, reporting, and predictive analytics.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 88,361.75 - $103,955.00
