Description:As a Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior (Level 3), you will support day to day Flight Line Operations in Fort Worth, Texas.
What You Will Be Doing• This position will be responsible for providing documentation, education, and procedural oversight to F35 Field and Service Mechanics in support of Flight Line and DD250 LO Coatings Operations
• Responsible for identifying defective parts, equipment, and systems in order to determine root cause of problems and recommending potential corrective actions.
• Position coordinates activities to evaluate and resolve engineering related production/system problems.
• Candidate will be highly skilled at interpreting engineering and planning documents.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Ability to prioritize tasks; operate efficiently in a demanding environment.
• Experience leading/managing projects
• Experience with MS Office suite, including MS Project
•Aero Industry experience
Desired Skills:• Strong background in F-35 aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Experience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issues.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge and experience with DOMMS, VAS, ALIS, JTD, JDL, JEDI, VISION, PDM, SFM, and QADS.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Understanding of production operations processes
