Our facility in Sunnyvale CA, seeks a Facilities Analyst Sr to join our mission supporting the Plant Operations & Services Organization. Virtually every Space mission success starts with a strong foundation of facility infrastructure design, construction, and execution management, which is performed risk-free in support of business needs without interruption. On our Facilities team, you’ll have the opportunity to use your education and experience to take on interesting challenges and become an integral part of our team as we build new or redesign current, state-of-the-art engineering facilities.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you will...
Provide support with construction team:
• Help with reporting on critical projects and help to share the risk on the projects.
• Project status, PMR and IOR.
• Develop clear program roadmaps and execution plans, tracking progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborates with operational leadership and manages process improvement programs that support various areas of the site.
• Recommend and support the development of operational and process improvements to enhance planning and project execution effectiveness.
• Participate in required meetings, planning forums, and interdepartmental activities.
• Support additional initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Provide support for high and Med voltage team regarding order parts and support outages.
• Work with the vendor to order breakers
• Support service contract
• Help the team for outage planning and with logistic
Provide support to workspace team and help with the return-to-work initiative.
• Help support auditing the space based on the return to work
• Help with consolidation of the space in bay area.
Provide support with Go green project and help with metering project and dashboard.
• Collect data and help with baselines and support with the goals.
Provide support with O&M team on PMs and order parts on critical systems.
• Help to support handoff between the Construction and O&M
Provide support with service contracts and help to move projects forward.
• Help to get contractors on bored to support expedited projects.+
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, electrical, civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Understanding of conceptual budgeting and project forecasting.
• Knowledge of work in progress reporting and productivity monitoring.
• Experience with client and stakeholder relationship management.
Desired Skills:• Master's degree in Business Administration, electrical, civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field and five years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of project management process and systems.
• Ability to perform complex project tasks, prioritize multiple projects, and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge on how to analyze data and present finding in an easily understandable manner.
• Ability to learn and apply Performance/Process Improvement methodologies and techniques through a variety of on-the-job, formal, and self-study techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively, clearly concisely, and persuasively at all levels of organization, demonstrating a willingness to listen and respond appropriately.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
