The Plan Projects Lead is focused on driving improvements across supply chain processes, tools, and governance for high-visibility planning projects and programs. He or she will use strong analytical capabilities and program management skills to shape plan transformation and elevate planning maturity across the EP organization.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the Plan PMO Project Lead across multiple workstreams for assigned planning projects and programs, owning scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment
- Execute on design and deployment of E2E capabilities, continued deployment of integrated business management (IBM)
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to advance Supply Chain Plan transformation and maturity initiatives for IBM, and Supply Review Planning processes
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) roadmap and represent EP in IBP CET to mature Management Business Review (MBR) process and deliver Plan metrics
- Develop and enhance the MBR to increase visibility, improve regional forecast accuracy, and raise overall customer service
- Collaborate with Regional Plan and Supply Planning to collect, validate, and consolidate Monthly Executive MBR and Global Supply Review inputs, and accountable for timeliness, accuracy, and alignment with standards for Senior Leadership
- Able to identify abnormalities in large datasets, working with a high degree of accuracy and high attention to detail
- Support other duties and projects assigned as needed
Education Qualifications
- BS/BA degree required, degree in Supply chain or related field is preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and/or Project Management experience is required
- Proven experience preparing executive presentations for Senior Leadership
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive storytelling skills; ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to influence leadership is required
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets – Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, etc) and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) is required
- Fast learner who adapts to change and complexity, high level of personal initiative and strong sense of urgency, and able to perform autonomously with limited supervision
- Strong time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Blue Yonder ESP, JDE, SAP, MRP/ERP, Access and/or SQL proficiency is highly preferred
- FPX training, PMP, and/or APICs certification is preferred
- Extensive End-to-End supply chain experience (demand, supply, inventory, networking planning, logistics, S&OP, IBP, MBR and/or business system implementation) is preferred

- The anticipated pay range for this position is $94,000.00 to $133,518.00
