What You Will Do:
- Provides relevant, timely, and strategic financial counsel aligned with organizational goals
- Present and effectively communicate forecasts and results to leadership.
- Operate with autonomy and accountability
- Anticipate business needs and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Craft compelling financial narratives and present them with clarity and confidence to senior leaders
- Drive process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, both independently and collaboratively
- Perform data-related tasks within Power BI, including data modeling, analysis, quality monitoring, troubleshooting along with designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards and visualizations to support data analysis
- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and resolution of user issues of supported applications and systems
- Advance AI capabilities through prompt engineering, including the development of models, agents, and/or chatbots
- Collaborate with internal partners as well as outside business unit teams to deliver high quality business outcomes for the enterprise
What You Have:
- Education/Experience: The position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering or business related degree
- Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
- Problem Solving: Ability to assist with analyzing risks and benefits of alternative approaches; identify and document specific problems and resolution with understanding of stakeholder perspective
- Analytical Thinking: Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance; make a systematic comparison of two or more alternative solutions
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision and timeliness
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgement.

Compensation & Benefits
Summary Pay Range: $118,860 - $190,176
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
