Responsibilities:
- Manage data analytics projects to support KPMG’s Talent & Culture function.
- Discover, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative data; draw conclusions based on business or functional frameworks; apply statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem-solving approaches to extract meaningful patterns and business insights; present conclusions that enable data-driven business decisions.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and interact with KPMG company executives effectively.
- Develop project-based Power BI dashboards or reports and apply strategic thinking to user experience, consolidation, and modernization of data, driving insights from T&C Data Analytics Team products.
- Understand and analyze end-to-end processes and underlying data from multiple sources to identify inconsistencies and make recommendations; work to improve data integrity and advance KPI/metrics definition and reporting.
- Own or participate in every component of a client deliverable, from identifying stakeholder needs to producing presentations and reports, to presenting findings or solutions to stakeholders.
- Manage the development and delivery of management reports, analytics, and executive summaries to ensure alignment with corporate timelines and standards, providing insights for decision-making.
- Partner with functions, HRBAs to ensure effective delivery of T&C analysis, fostering a unified approach to data management.
- Lead specified improvement projects to contribute to operational and functional excellence, enhancing T&C processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, people analytics, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Experience negotiating and communicating with C-Suite executives.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI and SSRS.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
- Ability to present findings using data to drive business insights and outcomes.
- Experience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and/or partners towards successful project completion.
