Monitor important system health metrics and key performance indicators weekly and monthly

Provide support to team and leadership for reporting and analysis as required by our internal customers

Work closely with the Front-End Planning, Demand Planning, and Procurement functions to ensure that materials are available for production while maintaining the integrity of the MRP plan.

Be part of a collaborative team to assure material is replenished according to that MRP Plan and that the plan reflects operational reality and program’s material strategies.

Align purchased material availability in support of manufacturing value streams to the operational plans that govern them through MRP
-
Provide the factory and our suppliers with an executable schedule that achieves on-time delivery to our customer, the warfighter.

Interface with Demand Planning, Production Control, Factory Operations, Program Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to help ensure resources are efficiently utilized based on a low volume, high mix demand profile for programs with competing priorities and unique material challenges.

Foster a working environment that promotes safety, security, compliance, and quality while achieving overall customer requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Planning.

Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
-
Experience in material planning, controlling and directing activities and resources
-
Experience with complex systems and processes, and filtering and distilling relevant information from complex datasets into simple messages
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with SAP/PRISM
-
Experience in Material and Inventory Control-type systems such as Kanban, SMI, Continuous Flow Manufacturing

Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts

Experience working across different business areas and interfacing with all levels of an organization

Experience leading and coaching a team

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
