Requires working knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, the ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics, and strong troubleshooting capability for automated manufacturing equipment.

Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all applicable EHS and safety requirements.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively within a shift-based team environment to provide continuous factory support.

Interact with factory production personnel and engineering teams.

Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Experience in manufacturing or technical support environment.

Experience in mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and/or repair skills.

Experience working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience maintaining and repairing circuit card assembly equipment, including automated coating, fluid dispensing, soldering, forming, and cleaning systems.

Knowledge of facilities and infrastructure requirements for equipment installation (power, exhaust, air)

Experience with asset management systems and practices

Demonstrated organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, computer).
