Position Overview
The Planning & Inventory Control Analyst plays a critical role in supporting production planning, inventory integrity, and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate digital and physical inventory records, analyzing data trends, identifying discrepancies, and supporting strategic production decisions.
This is a highly analytical, data-driven role requiring advanced spreadsheet proficiency, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to operate both administratively and hands-on within vault and inventory environments. The Analyst will serve as a key contributor to process improvement and inventory optimization initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Production Planning & Data Analysis
- Maintain, update, and reconcile digital inventory systems to ensure real-time accuracy
- Analyze inventory movement, production schedules, and material flow to identify trends and potential constraints
- Manage and maintain the fabrication log with full accountability for accuracy
- Perform extensive daily spreadsheet analysis in Excel and Google Sheets (managing up to 10 active working files)
- Support forecasting and production planning decisions through data-driven insights
- Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
Inventory Control & Reconciliation
- Own the check-in, verification, and documentation process for incoming materials from suppliers
- Reconcile digital records against physical inventory; investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vault integrity and organization, including:
- Product consolidation and optimization
- Placard management and labeling accuracy
- Vault cleanliness and structured layout
- Acting as subject matter expert on finished goods and raw materials
- Track, forecast, and manage procurement of custom packaging materials
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Provide analytical and operational support to the fulfillment team during peak demand
- Clear and validate paid wholesale orders within order management systems
- Operate across multiple shipping platforms (Retail, Wholesale, Carrier-specific, and LTL) with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with fabrication, fulfillment, and finance teams to ensure data alignment across departments
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation, and multi-sheet management)
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Comfortable with structured data entry and spreadsheet-driven environments
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. as part of vault and inventory operations
- Comfortable working in secure vault environments

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
