Job Summary
As part of the HR Integrations Technology team, you’ll lead projects that bring innovative solutions, including AI‑driven tools, into the hands of employees to improve how they navigate the workplace. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational standards.
You will develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively identify and resolve risks or issues. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will drive cross-functional coordination and keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented project manager who excels at communication, organization, and building productive relationships. You’ll operate with a moderate level of autonomy while contributing to a collaborative, high‑impact team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning
- Define project scope by aligning with technical managers and business stakeholders.
- Establish timelines and develop a detailed project plan.
- Ensure resource allocation and risk assessment during the planning phase.
- Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Drive collaboration across hierarchical levels to achieve delivery milestones.
- RAID Management
- Document and track all Risks, Actions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID).
- Follow up with team members to resolve items and communicate progress to managers and leadership on a periodic basis.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor project deliverables and maintain accurate tracking.
- Prepare and present status reports in the required format to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Closure
- Conduct project closure activities, including lessons learned and future enhancement planning.
- Align with all involved teams to ensure smooth transition and documentation.
- Weekly Release Management
- Manage weekly releases for successful deployments.
- Collaborate with developers and the Change Management team to ensure compliance.
- Validate prerequisites and documentation for Change Management tickets.
- Update Octane with weekly status and adhere to Comcast Change Management processes.
Skills & Experience We’re Seeking (2-5 years of relevant experience):
- Strong foundation in project management principles (scope, schedule, risk, dependencies) with experience leading small–mid‑sized projects.
- Skilled in Agile ceremonies, task tracking, backlog management, and working across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models.
- Proficient in Jira, Octane, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Loop, Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint (Power Automate a plus).
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and the ability to provide clear, concise updates to leadership.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and self‑driven; strong follow‑through, problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
