GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
Role Overview:
Manage people such as manpower deployment, efficiency, productivity, absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, disciplinary investigation & execution etc.
Leading the team to meet defined targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery.
Work closely with relevant functions to meet/exceed customer expectation.
Address employee concerns, resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Maximize labor utilization and flexibility through cross training for supporting business needs.
Implement LEAN to the applicable processes within the cells.
Disseminate company directions to the subordinates.
Establish a collaborative working relationship with other departments.
Deploy manpower for yearly PI Count.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a front-line leader who can manage and engage a team, drive LEAN and productivity, and consistently meet Safety, Quality, and Delivery targets while upholding company and aviation policies.
Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in first line management or relevant field
Minimum 2 years or related working experience
Familiarity with company policies/processes and legal guidelines of the aviation field
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience in LEAN concepts
Independent with initiative
