The MRC program was developed for the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), to support Army initiatives to transform into a more agile, multi-domain force. The system is designed to bridge the gap between shorter-range missile systems and long-range strike assets, allowing for precision targeting in heavily defended, contested environments.
The selected candidate will be the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Battery Field Service Representative (FSR) within the Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) Fleet Support team. The selected candidate’s primary role will be to perform mechanical system maintenance and operational support.
This role requires performance of mechanical / electrical system maintenance, operations, and troubleshooting. Candidate must be able to maintain a good working relationship with the customer and must be able to deploy to war zone locations if unit is deployed.
This position typically requires travel (CONUS / OCONUS) for approximately 50% of the year. This is a fast paced, challenging position for proven high performers and quick learners. An Interim Secret clearance is required prior to start. Additionally, candidates must obtain a passport within the first 60 days of employment.
