Raytheon is looking for a dynamic experienced security leader to lead the compliance and sitewide education and training section of the Global Security Services (GSS) Industrial Security (IS) organization in Tucson.
What You Will Do
-
Lead an experienced team in compliance auditing and monitoring of required security functions within the Facility Security Officer's organization. Ensure organizational compliance with the NISPOM, company policy and procedure, and best practices for timeliness, follow-up and completion.

Oversee accreditation and compliance teams.

Oversee the facility's participation in the internal Self-Inspection (SI) program in coordination with the Raytheon GSS SI Compliance team. Monitor follow-up to ensure closure of all Tucson SI findings and ensure corrective actions are appropriate and complete.

Ensure the timely closure of all DCSA Assessment findings.

Prepare and deliver security education information to the Tucson employee population. Host events developed by the Raytheon GSS SATE team to ensure delivery to Tucson employees. Periodically assess the effectiveness of the sitewide educational efforts.

Prepare and maintain control plans. Act as the focal point for Tucson input to Raytheon policy and procedures.

Lead efforts to transition information management system data, review current data for accuracy and completeness. Provide user training as required.

Issue initial and recurring special category security briefings (NATO, CNWDI, COMSEC, etc.).

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
