Set up, program, and operate CMM equipment to perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections.

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, models, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Create, modify, and troubleshoot CMM programs (e.g., Calypso)
-
Perform dimensional analysis using micrometers, calipers, height gages, optical comparators, and other precision instruments.

Document inspection results and generate reports for quality records, FAIRs, and customer submissions.

Identify nonconformances and communicate findings to engineering, production, and quality teams.
-
Support root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain calibration of inspection tools and follow all standard work, safety procedures, and quality system requirements.

Assist with training operators and inspectors on print reading and measurement techniques.
Qualifications You Must Have:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent

1+ years’ experience with CMM programming
