Job Summary
The Project Manager – Global Projects leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives that enable enterprise capabilities through B2B digital platform activation. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery of new product development across strategy, planning, execution, and launch.
- Define and maintain clear project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive disciplined project governance, including documentation, reporting, and RACI decision‑making frameworks.
Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Coordinate across Product, Technology, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and external vendor partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Establish and manage a consistent meeting cadence, including agendas, action logs, and follow‑through.
- Translate complex information into clear, concise updates for executive audiences.
Risk, Dependency & Issue Management
- Identify risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs early; develop mitigation plans and escalate proactively when needed.
- Anticipate operational challenges and partner with teams to remove blockers and maintain project momentum.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across global teams to drive alignment and shared accountability.
- Facilitate collaboration across diverse functions and geographies, ensuring transparency and clarity at every stage.
Operational Excellence
- Champion continuous improvement, structured processes, and scalable project management practices.
- Ensure all project artifacts—roadmaps, requirements, status reports, and communications—are accurate, timely, and accessible.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project or program management experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience leading digital, B2B, or platform‑based initiatives preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams both tech and non-tech, competing priorities, and cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Air table, Confluence and Jira)
- Solutions‑oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
Pay Rate Range
50 - 65 USD hourly
