This role leads the execution and optimization of strategic deals, including partnerships, investments, acquisitions, and integrations. The individual will manage multiple complex agreements simultaneously, working with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure transactions are structured, approved, and executed effectively.

- M&A transactions and post-deal integration support
- Structure and negotiate deal terms in collaboration with Legal, IP, Finance, and Business Unit partners.
- Serve as the primary interface between Cat Technology, Business Units, and external partners (including startups and founders).
- Manage multiple concurrent agreements, balancing speed, rigor, and risk management.
- Ensure sensitive information is handled with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership.
- Optimize existing partnerships and agreements to maximize strategic and commercial value over time.
- Assess deal risks, dependencies, and integration considerations to support informed decision-making.
- Independently manage workstreams end-to-end, from term sheet development through execution and handoff.
What You Will Have:
- Deal Execution Experience: Demonstrated experience structuring and executing complex agreements, such as partnerships, joint ventures, investments, acquisitions, or licensing arrangements.
- Transaction Judgment & Discretion: Proven ability to manage highly sensitive information and make decisions with long-term strategic impact.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong experience working with Legal, IP, Finance, Business Units, and senior executives to move transactions forward.
- Executive Communication: Ability to clearly and confidently communicate complex deal structures, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and soft skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with startups, founders, and internal stakeholders.
- Results Under Pressure: Comfortable managing multiple active deals simultaneously, maintaining performance and judgment in high-stress situations.
- Autonomous Execution: Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision in an ambiguous environment.
Consideration for Top Candidates:
