Job Summary
Cellular Advantage is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional in-
store experience while helping customers find the right wireless solutions for their
needs. This role blends customer service, retail sales, and technology consulting in
a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Requirements
· Positive attitude with a strong customer-first mindset
· Willingness to learn retail sales, wireless products, and service plans
· Strong communication and listening skills
· Comfort working in a retail environment with performance goals
· Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
· Reliable attendance and professionalism
· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Sales or wireless experience is a plus, but not required — we provide paid training.
Responsibilities
· Greet customers and deliver a welcoming retail experience
· Act as a trusted wireless sales consultant, asking questions to understand
customer needs
· Recommend mobile devices, wireless plans, and accessories that add value
· Explain features, pricing, promotions, and service options clearly
· Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
· Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
· Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals
· Stay current on wireless technology, promotions, and product knowledge
