Senior Systems Analyst (LVC)

Job Description:

Assist in the planning, scheduling coordination, execution and close out of IW LVC Training events. To include but not limited to generating schedule, briefing material.
Familiarity with Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP). Experience with Live, Virtual, Constructive training (LVCt) is highly desirable.
Experience with building training curriculum or conducting training analyses is highly desirable.
Research and analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop, recommend, and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing systems, and review system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze and recommend solutions.
Transform user requests or requirements into technical design specifications and serve as a liaison between various parties.
Specialized systems analytical support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned.

Job Requirements:

Shall have expert working knowledge with Microsoft Project and be able to maintain and develop an Integrated Master Schedule
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent oral and written skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
