What you´ll do
- Enforce all safety rules, PPE requirements, 5S standards, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Supervise production lines by assigning staff, resolving scheduling issues, ensuring training, and managing hiring, discipline, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor product quality, line efficiency, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy while completing required reports, data entry, and shop order reconciliations.
- Lead team communication through meetings, policy enforcement, and continuous feedback to drive productivity and address performance or production issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation—including downtime tagging, production reports, and inventory transactions—while analyzing variances and supporting overall operational improvement.
