Leidos is seeking qualified candidates for an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services program. The program is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to provide program support to a mission critical enterprise system. This position will be short term and will end on June 30, 2026.
- Primary Responsibilities.
- Support creation of staffing requisitions for new program and track staffing needs
- Support onboarding process for the program
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings in support of program activities
- Support Program Manager and Program Management team with ad-hoc activities as required
- Define and document program standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with functional support organizations, including finance, subcontracts, contracts, and human resources
- Execute metrics gathering and analysis in support of proposed cost estimates
- Participate in proposal efforts
- Perform resource planning tasks in accordance with program budgets
- Identify areas for process improvements, and define plans and procedures to implement the improvements
- Basic Qualifications.
- BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent.
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with cost models and executing financial analysis for leadership
- Background in finance and business operations
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience working on cost and technical components of proposals

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00
