About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Digital Onboarding Enrollment Tools Team within the Wholesale Digital line of business.
In this role, you will:- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Manage delivery pipeline of enhancement requests across multiple stakeholders
- Manage the intake of enhancement requests and new product builds for the enrollment tools
- Ensure competence of intake requests and if need coordinate subsequent requests for additional documentation/information
- Execute pre-verification and planning activities for each request including prioritization of work against overall roadmap
- Perform verification activities leveraging issue verification framework and related policy and procedures
- Partner with stakeholders across line of business to manage work request, and provide updates of both the work in-progress and pipeline of upcoming work
- Coordinate with Senior Management to assign work to Journey Owners in line with both the roadmap and prioritization decision
- Partner with Journey Owners to ensure pipeline of work is understood and connect journey owners with key stakeholders for each request
- Dynamic Individual contributor role which requires the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams at once
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Knowledge of Treasury Management / Global Payments and Liquidity products
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
- Ability to build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members and to collaborate with others to identify the best possible solutions
- Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align
- Demonstrated experience working in ambiguous and fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, San Francisco, CA, or Menlo Park, CA approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range:- Charlotte, NC: $139,000 - $217,000
- Minneapolis, MN: $153,000 - $239,000
- San Francisco, CA: $167,000 - $260,000
- Menlo Park, CA: $167,000 - $260,000
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
