What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead ready‑mix operations to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals across assigned locations.
- Develop and engage teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize production efficiency, cost management, and resource planning.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high‑quality service across the region.
- Track key performance metrics and implement strategies to drive business results.

Work Environment
This role operates within a field‑based environment that includes regular visits to ready‑mix plants, construction sites, and office settings. The position requires flexibility to travel within the assigned market and comfort working around heavy equipment and outdoor conditions.
