About this role: Wells Fargo's Digital, Data, and Artificial Intelligence Organization (DDAI) within Consumer Banking and Lending is seeking a senior digital payments leader to drive the strategy, development, and execution of the Consumer Digital Payment portfolio. This role will own portion of a broad portfolio of mission-critical money movement capabilities across consumer and small business banking, which may include Zelle®, bill pay, wires, international payments, mobile check deposit, and internal and external transfers. The role provides end-to-end leadership across product management and execution, experience design, and technology, working closely with analytics, risk, compliance, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric payment solutions.

In this role, you will:- Lead the digital payments portfolio: Manage the end-to-end execution of the portfolio to deliver enhancements to existing products and launch new capabilities aligned to consumer and business needs.
- Build and lead teams: Manage and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, design, strategy, analytics, risk, compliance, and finance, aligning resources to business priorities within an agile environment
- Leverage data and AI: Utilize analytics platforms and AI-powered tools (e.g., customer insights, journey analytics, experimentation, and delivery acceleration tools) to inform prioritization, optimize customer experiences, and improve product outcomes
- Measure and optimize performance: Establish and manage KPIs and OKRs, making data-driven adjustments to achieve customer, operational, and business outcomes.
- Navigate the payments ecosystem: Maintain strong understanding of the evolving payments landscape, emerging trends, and fintech partnerships across B2C, C2B, and B2B use cases.
Required Qualifications: - 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:- Experience delivering large-scale consumer digital payments initiatives, including new product launches.
- Track record creating and leading high-performing digital product management teams
- Ability to deliver in a large complex organization
- Command of payments system architectural patterns, data movement, and system interactions
- Evidenced innovation in consumer payments space, driving new products and features to consumer customers in digital spaces
- Experience leveraging analytics and AI-powered tools to improve product discovery, delivery velocity, and customer experience
- Experience directing overall customer experience working with customer research and customer experience teams
- Previous banking or financial services experience leading digital product management teams.
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
