Reimagine What’s Possible
Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 global leader in industrial gases and chemicals, is seeking a Site Supervisor to support operations at our Port Arthur, Texas facility.
This role is part of the Port Arthur plant leadership team and is designed as a developmental leadership position, with the expectation that the successful candidate will progress into future plant leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
The Port Arthur site is one of Air Products’ largest single facilities, comprising two large‑scale Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) hydrogen plants equipped with three Gas Turbine Generators (GTGs), two Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs), and one Steam Turbine Generator (STG), along with two CO₂ recovery plants integrated with each SMR. The site also includes two stand‑alone Refinery Off‑Gas Pressure Swing Adsorber (PSA) plants and hydrogen and CO₂ pipeline systems serving customers across the Gulf Coast.
The Port Arthur Site Supervisor reports to the Site Superintendent and plays a critical role in maintaining strong operational discipline by leading a team of six Operations Technicians, developing site talent through coaching, training, and progression boards, and interfacing daily with site operations and maintenance leadership, as well as engineers and technical specialists across Port Arthur and the West Gulf Coast region.
