Coordinate and provide Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidance to technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks.

Support monthly deliverables, including Scorecard creation, data reconciliation, program Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) reviews.

Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and support Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities.

Ensure proper EVMS implementation through standardized processes, new tools, and reporting.

Assist Control Account Managers (CAMs) with WebEVM navigation, data input, variance analysis, and troubleshooting.

Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance.

Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate amongst a diverse team of individuals. Strict attention to detail and relentless internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets the aggressive demands of military programs.
Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree in a related field.

2+ years of experience working with business analytics, finance, or forecasting; including high proficiency with MS Excel and strong analytical and trending skills.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:

BA or BS with a major or concentration in Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting, or Business Administration

Graduate degree in one of the above-mentioned areas.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
