The Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) Department supports customer focused mission modeling and simulation activities for all customer areas at Raytheon. Our teams develop, analyze, and create flexible integration solutions crossing all product areas such as sensors, effectors, command and control, logistics, and operations. They develop tools and methods to evaluate campaign, mission, and system level analysis and visualizations based on customer requirements. What You Will Do

You will use data analysis to contribute to system modeling and data analysis activities for the purpose of supporting new business, system design and performance, kill chain architectures, and wargaming advanced concepts.

You will support the design, development, and utilization of high-fidelity digital simulation software in advanced technical computing environments.

You will contribute and collaborate in a team environment, receiving inputs from the program, external customers, or team experts, and work on projects, as you determine, develop, and implement analytic approaches that will generate the supporting data to inform programmatic decisions.

You will work in a fast-paced, highly visible environment, frequently providing analysis insights to internal and external customers to drive important design and acquisition decisions

You will participate in the development and implementation of model-based solutions to support mission trade studies using mission and engagement level simulations to ensure they meet defined requirements and performance.

You will combine knowledge of physics and operations to produce high-quality mission analysis across a wide variety of domains and mission types

You will provide support to simulation, modeling and analysis activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Bachelors degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
-
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
-
Applied and/or academic experience of modeling and simulation of systems.
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Specific majors: Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics & Applied Mathematics Operations Research), Systems Engineering, Computer Science.

Experience with Military Operations Analysis and tools such as AFSIM, ESAMS, JAAM, and others

Coursework or internship experience in the following areas:

Software development processes and object-oriented design using C/C++

Scripting languages such as Python, Shell or Perl

Numerical computing environments such as MATLAB

RF or Radar concepts and applications

Signal Processing
-
Electronic Warfare concepts and applications

The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
